When I got to the YMCA tonight EVERY.    SINGLE. TREADMILL was in use so I was relegated to the elliptical!!

The elliptical is not my favored form of cardio nor marathon training but when its your only choice beggars cant be choosers!

Hammered out 3 slow miles but at a high resistance and incline so it was like hills, hills and more hills!!

I got my sweat on and still had time before I had to go get kiddo from soccer so I threw in a round of kiddo’s killer core challenge again for good measure!!  Hells bells that was HARD 3 days in a row!!  But it hurts SOOOO GOOD!!
