I really really really wanted to stay in, eat shitty food and drink the rest of my 1/5 of cherry vodka that is chilling in the freezer tonight after what happened to kiddo today….
But I opted to be responsible & healthy instead….
HOME WOD // 5 ROUNDS FOR TIME = 7:55
15 pushups
15 sit ups
15 squats
4.85 mile walk/jog to clear my head….
after I made a homemade steak & cheese quesadilla with sour cream, of course!!!
Now time to relax and regroup ….
Thank you everyone for your notes, concern, love and prayers for kiddo’s recovery {and my sanity}….
We are off to the doctor again tomorrow afternoon — hopefully this wont be too much of a set back!
