Boston Marathon Training W02 D03 — Part I
….I am ready to puke edition!!!
This morning kiddo and I got up and went to the 5AM boot camp class…
I set the alarm for 4:10 so that I could have some time to putter before we headed out the door…
But it never went off…
When I checked why I found that I had set it for Thursday morning and NOT today!!
Oh well, woke up at 4:25 and flew out the door!!
This workout doesn’t look so bad but it was hard…
We were both light headed and stopped several times to regulate our breathing and settle ourselves…
I got through the sets of 20, 18 and 16 and then only the sunrises on 14 when time was called (30 mins)!!
I have NEVER been so thankful for a workout to be over!!
Part II of marathon training is my 2 miles for time after work! 
Goal is .20 seconds faster than miles 1 & 2 yesterday…
So, 10:23 and 9:23…
